Patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) have a risk of postoperative complications that result in prolonged hospitalization and even death. Interventions the form phase I cardiac rehabilitation are needed to help speed up recovery process prevent after CABG. Although lot research has been carried out, it is necessary conduct further studies articles regarding interventions can be out programs safe easy perform CABG patients. The purpose this literature review was examine effective interven- tions patients implementation started from preoperative continued postoperatively until patient discharged. Phase interventions, both pre postoperative, consist education counselling, physical exercise, breathing exercises, coughing inspiratory muscle training, chest physiotherapy. results used as basis for determin- ing standard operating procedures hospitals provide services.
